10 Facts About the History of Shoes

10 Facts About the History of Shoes

Once I went shopping in the mall, when I passed a shoe shop. There were all kinds of shoes and shoes in the window display. I started thinking that who makes this fashion? What does the styles we wear indicate? Shoes: Those we wear everyday and still we know very little about the history of shoes. Here are 10 random and some strange facts about the history of shoes.

1. Classy shoes? Or just shoes that indicate your "class" in society?

In ancient Egypt, the slaves did not have any shoes or sandals made from palm leaves. Commoner worn a sandal made of Papyrus. People with high status were allowed to wear fangs sandals. The red and yellow colours were reserved for the highest society only. It would be easy to see which status of society is by looking at footwear worn by them.

2. Ever hear the word "two left foot"?

It was not until 1818 that the right shoe was invented. Until that time, there was no difference in the shoes made for the left or right foot. In Philadelphia the first pair of right and left foot shoes was made. Obviously, shoes were not made for comfort until this point.

3. Wooden shoes.

Wooden shoes, often referred to as clogs, were called by the Dutch klompens. Due to the fact that Holland is mostly below sea level, there are many swampy areas. The Dutch found that leather shoes became wet and easily wasted, which is why they designed a wooden pitcher. Even today, wearing these shoes is a popular tradition, although they are never worn inside the house. All wooden shawls are erected outside the residence of one and only stocking feet are permitted in the house.

4. Shoe Museum.

The only shoe museum in North America is located in Toronto, Ontario. This museum shows shoes spread over 4,500 years. There are compilations displayed by Sonja Bata in the Bata Shoe Museum.

5. Some shoes are dangerous to wear.

During the 16th century, Aristotle women began to wear shoes that were high heeled shoes. Some of these boots were high on high heels so that they needed the servants to help women walk. After this, the stilt was invented like a shoe and became rave in Venice. The prostitutes wear these shoes and the heels are so ridiculous that a law was enacted to limit the size of the heel on women's shoes. Women went to their death in the shoes of their shoes. Today, designers still prefer to create derogatory shoes. Alexander McQueen made a 10-inch heel, known as Armandillo Heels, to be worn at the 2010 fashion show. Models refused to wear them because they were in danger they posed.

6.You will wear these shoes! This is law.

The emperors usually set the type of fashionable shoes that the general public could not wear.
There are usually reasons behind their madness: In England, Henry VIII popularized widely tied shoes. He made a rule that the shoes should be 6 inches wide - the reason for this is that it was supposed to cover the feet surrounded by gout. Louis XIV, also called the King of the Sun, was only 5 feet 5 inches. Due to his short stature, he made high heels shoes popular and compulsory for men!
In this way it was the law at that time.

7. Wedding shoes.

10 Facts About the History of Shoes

There are some strange traditions around weddings and shoes:

.In Hungary, the groom drinks a drink from his wedding shoes to the bride.

.In the Middle Ages, there was a shoe ceremony for father and groom!
Father again gave that man power over his daughter. At the wedding, the bride will be shoe to show that she is now in the possession of the groom.

8. I am not getting my shoes.

"A small step to human, a huge leap for humankind" is the famous quote from Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon. When he took the first step on the moon, the shoes he wore were now swimming in space somewhere. Fear of contamination had left their shoes before returning to Earth.

9. The most expensive shoes ever.

He said that the soles of rubber had made the shoe "stealth", so he called them sneakers. The first sneakers were Keds and their invention was done in 1917. Sneakers went internationally in 1923 when a German man had made a sneaker and kept it on his own.  The Sneaker is Adidas, whose name is named after adi dassler.  This brand has been the world's largest seller of athletic shoes. Adidas, became famous after Jessie Owens won 4 Gold Medals, while wearing Adidas, during the 1936 Olympics.

Why do women have so many shoes?

There are many reasons why women have lots of shoes.

Why do women have so many shoes? Ladies shoes
Ladies shoes
I’m going to have a full-length discussion on this. This post is my confession of being obsessed with shoes.

First of all, the Shoes run much longer than other pieces of clothing. Clothes can rip, stain, stretch in size, go out of style, or just can not stay fit. Those issues are rarely with shoes. True, if you wear them regularly for many years, the shoes will be out, but most women swap between couple of Shoes on the basis of their dress, so it is unlikely that every day Will wear the same. The size of women's shoes does not change much in a woman's life, so she has never worried about the lifting of a pair of Shoes

Therefore, women often do not need to throw or donate clothing because they do other articles of clothing - which means that they can hold (and accumulate) the couple for many years.

Laides shoes

Secondly, women have to buy different styles shoes for different occasions. Contrary to men who usually have a good pair of sneakers, sandals, boots and dress shoes - women often invest in different colours and styles, such as pumps, flats, boots, boots, sandals, wages, Sneakers and so on. Are there. . Some brands and styles are worn only for tired occasions, while others, such as OTBT SHOES, are more comfortable and comfortable to wear everyday. And with all the different colour and style options on the market, it is no wonder that women like to choose from a given day.

Shoes give you more confidence. I am frequently asked ‘why did you go into shoes’ the simple answer is ‘I just love the way that you can put on a pair of shoes and feel so different – Shoes for me are my rescue remedy!’

And yes, for many Woman, collecting and shopping for different types of shoes is very fun! If boys (and girls!) Can enjoy playing action figures, comic books, sports memorabilia or video games, women can also enjoy collecting shoes. Its as simple as that.

Best Nike Running Shoes - 2019

            Best nike running shoes

From a shoe reviewer's point of view, two brands have done an outstanding job of updating their products in 2018.
The first company is Brooks and the second is Nike.now focus on Nike for brevity.
By the time, Nike's footwear designs were suffering from fatigue. Models like Pegasus / Vomero / Structure / Lunarglide offer nothing new except for minor changes in style and functional performance. Until Adidas shook the athletic footwear market with the Boost platform. The meteoric rise of Adidas shoes was shot in hand, which gave many brands newness in their products.
It's Dynaflyte of Asics, Brooks DNA AMP, or Saucony Everun, has been predicted in the past few years. Ironically, Adidas is now one with the problem of design fatigue - most of his popular shoes (Ultra Boost) feel.

The latest solar classification is good but far from great. 2019 UltraBoost is going to be released soon but we know how good or not the shoe is - notwithstanding. Unlike small brands, Nike has a lot of resources at its disposal. Not only is the luxury to develop its own cushioning technology, the sheer size of Nike also allows it to take the design risk, otherwise it will bankrupt a small organization. Some of the above risks pay dividends; Others are unsuccessful and there are only bumps on the road to Nike. They may be careless, who issue ankle-high-footed shoes with defective internal seams or promote awful as running 'boots like Vepormax'. At the same time, in their bold approach, there is more often than commercial success stories.
Think about Nike Air in the 80's and 90's. Or Nike Free in the late 2000s and Flykennet construction since five years ago. History is a witness who proves that there is definitely a justification for the means. Free classification is never as great as it used to be before.
Apart from this, the entire minimum-flexibility trend is not relevant in the ongoing market show. He said, flexible shoes have a lot of meaning in a different context - we have a separate guide for it. So what kind of Nike shoes are in this list? In fact, quite a few.
The following buyer's guide represents the popular staples of Nike in each category. These models are excellent artists in their class. They are available in most countries, are not very expensive, and the upper is presented in many widths.

Neutral cushioning: Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 35 Bevelled heel and rubber outsole strip help you land in a good position and transition smoothly Raised rubber sections on the bottom of the shoe provide traction At the back, the collar is turned away so it doesn't rub against your Achilles tendon. The fact that the Pegasus is the oldest surviving running shoe series is a testament to its extremely versatile nature. It’s got a cushioned and responsive ride which works for most run types, and the sleeved upper has a comfortable interior. The outsole is durable so you get more value for the cash spent. Which are the best shoe brands in India?

Which are the best shoe brands in India?

Which are the best shoe brands in India?
best brand shoes

It mainly depends on your budget
If you are looking for below 1,000, then choose better options for sparks or power as they are better than many other Indian brands and they are sustainable.

If you are 1000-2000 then Phila, Puma and Reebok are perfect. You can get comfort and stability as well as worth your money.

If you are looking for hotshots like Nike and Adidas, then let me tell you, that making Nike in India is just a publicity. Nike's sports shoes are good- Dart MSL, Lunarglide and Pegasus 32 and 33. They are worth the money. But if you are talking about the sneaker, then not .

I have recently brought Nike Liteforce Iii (Black and Red). And they look good, but comfortably, they feel like any other Fila or Puma sneakers.

Which are the best shoe brands in India?
Best brand shoes

I have a couple of Fila Sneakers for almost 2 years and I am a ruff user and we wear them for a lot of classes every day. But, the color did not fade, nor does it look old. A quick wash and I can wear them in any ceremony. The level of comfort is very similar. But, Nike leverages its name and ordinary shoes of sale.

Adidas are surprisingly durable and comfortable. Apart from this, even if they do not have a better design, you are using your money for the best.

 Thank you so much ♥️
